Does this help decide whether our player is ready for travel ball?
It is one of the better ways to find out. Readiness is mostly about executing consistently and handling a bigger workload, not about being among the better players on a current team. Staff can give an honest read after seeing an athlete train.
Our player is smart but slow to react on the field. Same problem?
Usually a different one. Understanding a situation and having rehearsed it are not the same thing — reaction time comes from having made the decision before, not from knowing the rule. The sessions target the rehearsal.
How does this fit with academy membership?
El Dorado Hills academy membership is $299 per month and covers recurring group training including baseball IQ work. Families often use private sessions for a specific gap and the academy for consistent reps between them.
